About me
👋 Hello! I am a researcher at the Ajou University School of Business, where I work with Juyoung Kang and Cheul Rhee. I received my M.S. in Business Analytics from Ajou University, and before that my B.S. in Living Design from Konkuk University — a path that took me from designing physical retail spaces to studying the decisions behind them.
My research interests sit broadly in the interaction between people and non-human entities — AI, robots, and interfaces — and I am still in the process of finding my own footing within that space. During my master's, I studied human–AI collaboration in the UI design process, building agents that work alongside designers rather than replacing them. More recently, I have become interested in modality and the heuristics it activates, and in how trust formed around one cue transfers to judgments the cue never directly spoke to. I am applying to PhD programs in HCI.
